Chelsea’s premier event space — Center548 — is housing the fourth annual Independent Art Fair March 7th through March 10th. 545 is a 5,000 square foot, column-free venue located right near the High Line in the heart of the Chelsea Arts District.  This street level, blank canvas has floor to ceiling glass windows, a 26-foot high, vaulted ceiling and natural wood beams.   11 large skylights bathe the space in sunlight.  The venue has ample power, HVAC, and internet.  545 is perfect for pop-up shops, product launches and automobile events; and, can accommodate anything from single day to multi-week rentals.  Adjacent space for catering/storage is available.
